Lakeside Detailing LLC – Terms and Conditions

By scheduling or receiving services from Lakeside Detailing LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, online form, or in person.

  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

  • If we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle or location, or if the vehicle is in unsafe condition, the appointment may be cancelled and a call-out fee may be applied.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Service Limitations

  • We strive for excellence, but we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or defects, especially those that are permanent or have damaged surfaces.

  • Pre-existing damage (e.g., paint defects, torn upholstery, rust) may limit results. We are not liable for further damage to already compromised surfaces.

  • If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., pet hair, mold, hazardous materials), additional fees may apply or service may be refused.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal items and valuables before service begins. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

  • Notify us of any special needs, sensitivities (e.g., to chemicals), or concerns about the vehicle in advance.

  • Ensure access to a power outlet and water source if services are performed on-site at your location.

5. Liability Waiver

  • While every reasonable effort is made to protect your vehicle, you agree to release Lakeside Detailing LLC from any liability for:

    • Minor cosmetic damage during cleaning (e.g., loose trim, worn paint).

    • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

    • Delays due to weather, traffic, or equipment failure.

6. Refund Policy

Our full Refund Policy is available upon request or at [Insert Website or Location]. We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on services. Refunds or re-cleanings are at our discretion and must follow our written policy.

7. Weather & Rescheduling

  • Mobile detailing services are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, snow, or unsafe conditions.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule as soon as possible.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:

  • Unsafe work conditions

  • Hostile or inappropriate behavior

  • Health hazards within the vehicle (e.g., biohazard waste, infestations)

9. Privacy

Any customer information provided is used solely to deliver services and will never be sold or shared without consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Belknap County, NH.
